General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

PERSONAL DATA AND SECURITY

Data such as personal data or other information or part of action submitted by the customer to Look Boutique will be stored and processed in digital format. 

Look Boutique is responsible for the data being stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The customer's duties will be used by Look Boutique to enable and ensure fulfillment of the Agreement and for marketing purposes by the company.

Customer data stored:
- Name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Phone number    

The Information will be stored up to three years after the customer's last purchase.                                                                                                                                                                 

The information may also be submitted to a third party and used for the purposes stated below:
-Contract Partner in payment services for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of the agreement.
-Contract Partner in logistics (carrier) for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of the agreement.
-Marketing partner hired by Look Boutique for marketing purposes.                                                                                                                                            

Registration
If you, as a customer, have entered into this agreement as an individual, you are entitled to request a registry exemption each year. A registry extract indicates what information is stored about you. You can request this by sending a signed request to the above postal address. If the information we have about you is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, we can of course correct them on request.

Unregistering of customer information
As a customer at Look Boutique, you may on request, in writing signed by you, have your personal data deleted, with reservation for such information necessary for Look Boutique to be able to maintain good accounting and accounting practices.
